This past year, California underwent statewide Congressional redistricting – and for the first time in its state history, it lost a Congressional seat in the House. And in midterm election years like this one, voter turnout is even lower than average, with only 40% of voters projected to turn out.

We are working in CA-45 because it is projected to be one of the closest Congressional races in the country. This is a race that will likely be decided by only a few thousand votes – and exactly where our work can have its greatest impact. We’re connecting with voters at door-to-door canvass actions nearly every weekend until November 8 – and we need your help!

Leadership LAB Volunteers

Our volunteers have been one of the best parts of working with the Leadership LAB. Together they create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported through every phase of election seasons.
